Please follow these steps:

1. Complete the attached application in its entirety. If something does not apply, indicate n/a.

2. Click here to pay the application fee. (This fee is nonrefundable.)

3. Scan the completed application back to us along with a copy of the following: 

• RENTERS:  Current lease including full disclosure of the pet policy

• HOMEOWNERS:  Recent mortgage statement or tax bill

• CONDOS:  Also include the full disclosure of the HOA's pet policy

• Copy of your driver's license(s)

If it's easier to take screenshots, please send those, so long as all documents are legible and no portions are cut off.

4. ​Contact your vet and provide authorization for them to speak with us.

 

The adoption fee is $150 per cat. Items included are indicated on the application plus some sponsored by pet companies.

Each of our cats for adoption through PURRsonal Space ‘ROCKS’, Inc. has been:

• Spayed/neutered

• Microchipped

• Tested negative for FIV/FeLV (unless advised otherwise) 

• Treated for fleas, parasites

• Vaccinated  (up to date unless advised otherwise)

• Examined and determined to be healthy for adoption by our private veterinarian, Michael Anthony, VMD, Haddon Vet

• Seen for additional wellness visits if with us beyond a year
